Moving liquid into another pot

冲泡大红袍最忌讳在壶中长久积汤，因为这样会使茶汤变得苦涩。我们通常要准备两把壶，一把用于泡茶，称为母壶；一把用于储存茶汤，称为子壶，把泡好的茶倒入子壶称之为“玉液移壶”。

The steeping tine of the Big Robe should not be too long otherwise the tea will become bitter. That‘s why we normally have two teapots ready; one is called the"mother pot" used to make tea; the other is "son pot used to store the tea liquor. The transfer of the tea from one the other pot is referred to as "moving liquid into another pot".
