陈年普洱是生普洱在于干仓中经过多年陈化而成，在冲泡时，头一道茶一般不喝。然后

将开水冲入同心壶中，洗一遍茶，称之为洗尽沧桑。

Aged Pu`er Tea is the raw tea kept in the warehouse aging for many years .When we make the tea, we don't drink the first brewing tea,instead,we poured boiling water into the concentric teapot to wash the tea.The process of cleaning the tea is called"washing off years of wears and tears."
